I made a little lunch today.

Half for him, half for me.

Oh dear, I forgot my man is out of town...

Simple Pizza:
store-bought pizza dough
a few spoonfuls of prego sauce
a few spoonfuls of basil pesto
fresh mozzarella
freshly torn basil
handful of parmigiano reggiano
sprinkle of pine nuts

Heat oven to 425.
Spread crust out onto baking sheet.
Layer ingredients on top and bake about 12-15 minutes.
Easy enough? Enjoy!
